The Sun StorEdge A5200 array offers large capacity, extensive redundancy and multiple FC channels for maximum data throughput. The 22-slot enclosure can house up to 22 drives and can be configured with up to 300GB internal disks allowing for a maximum capacity of 6.6TB. The StorEdge A5200 has 2 FC data channels with a pair of redundant channels to give you the maximum in performance and reliability. With software raid, the A5200 is the perfect compliment to any datacenter with a cost-conscious mindset. Price-to-performance is no issue with the Sun A5200. The A5200 can be scaled using FC switch technology to add storage to your SAN environment.
