The Sun CP3250 (Sun Netra CP3250 ATCA) Blade Server is an Intel Xeon-backed solution optimized for applications that require high performance, including radio access networks, VoIP, routing, security processing and distributed HLR and VLR. Equipped with dual quad-core Intel Xeon L5408 processors, the Sun CP3250 Blade supports up to 24 gigabytes of memory per module via six DIMM DDR2 slots and 12 megabytes of Level 2 cache. The space-saving CP3250 is compatible with Sun Solaris, Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.
